The room was great-sized and beautifully maintained, with a view of the mountains. The location was marvelous, perfect for a business trip or if you had plans to travel to different events. The staff here was excellent.

Comfortable location in the area from the east coast, good for visiting Simi Valley. Also - close to Simi Valley for a funeral, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and a convenience store. The lobby restaurant with the best breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast is poor and could easily be improved by a greater range of pastries on offer.

We loved that you took our service dog. The room was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

Did not like your lock out policy for guest keys on checkout day. Makes it difficult to pack up to leave. Staff in the Bistro were very nice and prompt. Wish you had a larger menu. Full dinners and longer hours or optional after hours room service.

Comfortable beds, attractive interior design

The shower head was in a weird position aimed at the wall and I couldn't move it. It also turned very cold unexpectedly while I was using it.

Easy access to the highway but didn't hear it at night. The staff was courteous and the rooms are clean. A super place to stay!

We had noise from both the street in front and the freeway on the side. Bad room location even after I requested a quiet room away from the freeway. A/C was very loud also but it covered up road noise.

The room is well-kept and modern with a nice view of the mountains, and the restaurant in the lobby offers delicious meals.
